⟢ shipping information
All orders for the products are processed and shipped out within 7 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the case of high order traffic, please allow a slight delay in shipment by a few days. You will receive an email notification once your package has been shipped!
⟢ import duty & taxes
For international customers, please note that customs and import fees that may occur. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly to get an estimation of your country’s custom and import taxes. I am not responsible for any delays or extra costs incurred.
⟢ when will i receive my order?
Local orders (within Singapore) will take about 2-7 working days after being shipped, while international orders may take up to 7 weeks. Do note that shipping times might be inaccurate.
⟢ lost/undelivered mail
It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that they provide the correct shipping address. Any order returned to me with the wrong shipping address, unpaid custom fees, unclaimed or any reason will not be shipped out until the re-shipment fee is paid. I am unable to refund any returned mail.
